ATS is a specialty tool shop that has focused its efforts on the design and building of tooling for the thermoform, metal stamping, ductile iron, and custom machining industries.
In regards to thermoform tooling, we have done simple prototype blister packs to complex 50" magnum production tools. ATS has developed tools for OPS, foam, polypropylene and multi-layer barrier materials. We are able to work with the customer's designs, and we are able to do complete design and build packages. Our tooling has been used in Irwin, Lyle, Illig, Brown and Lamiform thermoform machines.
The key positions within our engineering group have more than 35 years combined experience in both tool design and thermoform manufacturing.
We are able to work with multiple CAD software including AutoCad 14 and 2000, Solidworks, and SDRC.
